NO GOOGLING PERMITTED

Let's see who can come up with anything from the following snippit of lyric:
"... Have a ball... Dream a dream... Be it all! If you want it, you can get it, But to get it, you've got to want it; Anything you want to try, just let go, fly high...and"

and if you get that, I have the real question that I have yet to find an answer for on the web.

Hmmm. This is a kids show theme song. Like "Zoom", or "Animals animals animals". Saying it over and over begs for the melody, but I can't find it.
Must... Resist.... google...

Ok, circuits are working pretty good, I only missed it by a half an hour!

Not 11:00 on Sunday morning, which we could watch, but at 11:30 which we couldn't, because we'd be late for church...
ABC tv. Channel 7. WKBW. And that's from memory.

hosted by harry chapin's brother... so do you recall what it was called?

the real question is , what are the lyrics to the animals animals theme?

animals in history and in mythology
animals we keep as pets to hold ecology
a whale is just a mamal that spouts water in the air
a worm can turn and dissappear
and then it isn't there... oh...

there is a missing verse

Oh, animals, animals, animals here and there, animals, animals, animals, animals everywhere.

There are animals in games we play, in pages and in books. Animals that live in trees, and fish that swim in brooks. A shark is just a dinosuar that managed to survive, a bear can sleep all winter and come out of it alive.
You can lead a horse to water, you can even milk a cow. A lion's just a great big cat, a lady pig's a sow...

Well done! only a couple of little words I recall differently. I think it was 'pictures and in books' and 'come out and be alive'.

and now I have a song to rattle around in my head and sing to Simon on the long drive north to Melun today.

It's from Make A Wish, sung by Tom Chapin, brother of Harry Chapin, and part of a stream-of-consciousness television punning show...I just got back and so just answered this.
