Le Petit Chef

It's Tuesday, and after Toddler Time at the Library, lunch and a nap, Simon wanted to make Hummus! Not that he likes, Hummus, but he likes the chickpeas. There were no chickpeas, so we made cookies instead. Simon mixed, rolled, patted, and gave the "gingerbread men" some buttons. We had fun.
Simon decided he liked honey too.

it was a fine weekend during carnival in Lakehurst. Most of my photos are on the video cam but here is a joyful Simon playing with the bubblie fiona

so we had a beach blast in Niagara Falls - both viewing the wonder of the natural world and then
enjoying 3 days in the tropical Fallsview Indoor Waterpark
It was fun for all of us with so many water slides, wave pool and a water massage too!
Thanks to the woolley parents for that treat for all our 07 birthdays
