Fiona invited the neighbours (yes, just one family) over for her grad dinner celebration.
It was fun and festive. Here are the 5 girls plus fiona and everyone but mom at the dinner table.

senior Kindergarten Grad

Proud parents sent Fiona off on her last day of SK
She's loved school this year and have had a super teacher and experienced wonders and growth.
Her reading is a year ahead of most, with other skills keeping close behind.
I only hope she loves school this much all her life. She got her new back pack for next year. A purple Hannah Montana one with matching lunch bag. It was on sale.
We've got most of the back to school clothes too. Sale at Please Mom!

she lost her 7th tooth on June 26
and her 8th just came out today. a big huge space in the upper front with 4 missing
man!

Fiona got going with the idea of Cake on the Roof after last year's Calgary celebration
and had a piece of cake from a birthday party she attended on the 21st

Dad's day came and went. Lorne was up at the farm to get ready for the wedding with a family work weekend. Lots done, looking good. Fiona made a fully illustrated shirt for daddy.
Simon found a cool speckled egg - since it was supposed to be just plain brown - that was exciting.

And this week = on THURSDAY was the last Buckhorn moppets. The reason I started it all - Miss Fiona - now going into grade one puts her in school full time. SO the program that I ran free for 5 years came to a cheery end. Moms will quite miss me and I hope come to the other locations in the fall. Some are signed up for the summer. Some go back to work.
I've over a dozen families prepaid for the summer program. Lots to still do.
Vet due over this am for llama check
Shearer didn't make it last night and will try again tonight.

Simon Graduates Nursery School!

Chloe is ONE!

Chloe Celebrated her first year on the planet. Great weather, a few friend, a Pooh pinata and a pink elephant cake. Does it get any better than that?

Spring flowers and almost first birthday
